"RSS" is the acronym for "Rich Site Summary", which also known as "Really Simple Syndication".
It's a digital way of bringing the news to you, via the internet. It's a free subscription and you do not need to provide an email address. And unlike "Hotel California", you can "check out" (unsubscribe) anytime you like.
Once you set it up, news and updates from SuperLuteinNaturally.com and other sites you subscribe to, will be delivered to your digital doorstep - you don't need to Google, you don't need to search, and you don't need check for updates.
You will, however, need a RSS Reader or News Aggregator, which is like a drop box or a deposit box - much like a letter box, except it's in digital form - for the streams of news or information subscribed, to be deposited and for you to view, at your leisure.
P.S. - If you look to the top right of the "Naturally News", you will see an orange button (like an icon). That is the RSS button.
Easy Peezee!
First, download the free RSS Reader first. RSS Reader is a special software that reads the "RSS feeds" from the sites you wish to follow - including SuperLuteinNaturally.com!
Here are a couple of the free RSS Readers. (Skip down to the bottom if you don't want to download the software.)
Windows -- RssReader
http://www.rssreader.com/
Mac -- NetNewsWire
http://www.newsgator.com/Individuals/NetNewsWire/
Once you're set up, here's all you have to do...
Right-click (command-click for Mac users) on any page of this site. Then...
Select Copy Shortcut ("Copy Link to Clipboard" for Mac), and paste that URL into your RSS Reader.
And that's it! You're subscribed.
Some people prefer to view RSS feeds through their browsers. If you prefer that method, Google, Yahoo!, and others have simple one-step solutions.
Put your cursor on the RSS button (that orange button on the top right of "Naturally News"), you will see the options available. Click on the button of the one you want to use, and follow their instructions to add the feed.
And that's it! You're subscribed.
